XinXin Semiconductor’s manufacturing base is located in the Industrial Economic Zone of Xiangshui County, Jiangsu Province, covering a total area of over 20,000 m². The park integrates R&D, production, testing, and warehousing, equipped with 16 fully automatic pipe production lines, over 100 sets of precision molds, and an industry-leading fitting processing center.
The factory is strictly laid out according to semiconductor industry standards, featuring Class 1000 and Class 10000 clean rooms totaling 400 m², dedicated to surface treatment and clean packaging of BA and EP grade materials. From raw material incoming to finished product dispatch, the entire process employs a digital management system, ensuring full traceability and control of every batch.
Leveraging advanced equipment and a professional technical team, XinXin has an annual production capacity of thousands of tons of ultra-high purity stainless steel pipes and fittings, exported to over 20 countries and regions worldwide.
